The role

Job description

Your main duties will be:

-Handle calls for service requests and coordinate user service with the team of repair technicians.

-Handle calls regarding product inquiries

-Product warranty extensions.

Requirements

Native-level Italian
Experience managing high call volumes

What do we offer?

-Initial training (paid) so you can handle your first call with the confidence of having the tools needed to do a good job.

-Opportunity to grow within the company

Salary €10.62/hour

-Schedule: Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM on rotating shifts, and approximately one Saturday every 3 weeks from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
