Sales Advisor – Insurance

• You will make calls to customers to offer products and services they have previously requested information about.
• You will identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
• You will work towards sales targets (with incentives!).
• You will be part of a motivated team with constant support.

• Sales-oriented profile, focused on achieving goals.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Availability to attend training on the indicated dates.

• Experience in sales or customer service is valued.

What we offer

• Initial 2-month contract, with the possibility of continuation.
• Fixed salary: €1,190 gross/month (32.5h/week) + attractive incentives.
• Paid initial training, hybrid format, lasting 6 days, starting on 14/09.

• Working hours: 32.5h per week, Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• On-site work in Madrid: C/ Alcalá, 265.
• Possibility of hybrid remote work from the 3rd month onwards.

• Realizarás llamadas a clientes para ofrecer productos y servicios que previamente han solicitado información.

• Perfil comercial, orientado a objetivos

¿Qué te ofrecemos?

• Contrato inicial de 2 meses, con posibilidad de continuidad
• Salario fijo: 1.190 € brutos/mes (32,5h/semana) + incentivos atractivos
• Formación inicial remunerada e híbrida de 6 días comienzo el 14/09

• Jornada de 32,5h semanales Lunes a viernes de 11:30 a 18:00h
• Trabajo presencial en Madrid: C/ Alcalá, 265
• Posibilidad de teletrabajo híbrido a partir del 3º mes
