Administration Internship at the Store in Madrid

We are looking for a Store Intern for our hotels located in Madrid

What will you be responsible for?

• Control and record incoming and outgoing merchandise in the warehouse.
• Support the execution of inventory counts.
• Verify the condition and expiration dates of products.
• Prepare internal orders according to the needs of other departments.
• Collaborate in the organization and order of the warehouse to optimize space.

• Academic background in Tourism, accommodation management, tour guiding, and administration.
• Proficiency in English. Experience in hotels is valued.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Communication and interaction skills.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomy for self-managing projects.
• A proactive, committed person with a strong sense of responsibility.

¿De qué serás responsable?

• Controlar y registrar entradas y salidas de mercancía en el almacén.
• Apoyar en la realización de inventarios periódicos.
• Verificar el estado y la caducidad de los productos.
• Preparar pedidos internos según las necesidades de otros departamentos.
• Colaborar en la organización y orden del almacén para optimizar el espacio.

¿Qué buscamos?:

• Formación académica en Turismo, gestión de alojamientos, guía turístico y administración.
• Dominio de Inglés Valorable experiencia en hoteles.
• Capacidad analítica y atención a los detalles.
• Dotes de comunicación e interacción.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y autonomía para la autogestión de proyectos.
• Persona proactiva, implicada y con un gran sentido de la responsabilidad.
