Main mission

  • Comply with the attributes, standards, and manuals applicable in their department, as well as ensure compliance in other areas.
  • Ensure customer experience by personalizing their stay, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
  • Efficiently use the different customer experience management tools.
  • Be aware of Voice of the Customer results and comply with the defined improvement plans.
  • Manage guests' digital experience in accordance with the overall strategy.
  • Manage customer incidents following established protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with sensory architecture in the different hotel areas regarding lighting, decoration, aroma, and ambient music.
  • Verify material orders following established product guidelines, in order to optimize financial resources.
