• Assisting guests during the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a satisfactory experience.
• Registering, modifying and cancelling reservations in the management system, ensuring the correct updating of information.
• Issuing invoices and managing the documentation associated with the guest's stay.
• Managing and coordinating the services requested by the guest, responding to their needs and any issues during their stay.
• Night audit.

• Studies in Tourism or similar.
• Advanced level of English.
• Previous experience as a hotel receptionist.

• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

We are looking for a Receptionist for our 4* Hotel Dorma Plaza Catalunya located in Barcelona.

• Atender al cliente durante los procesos de check-in y check-out, garantizando una experiencia satisfactoria.
• Registrar, modificar y cancelar reservas en el sistema de gestión, asegurando la actualización correcta de la información.
• Emitir facturas y gestionar la documentacion asociada a la estancia del cliente.
• Gestionar y coordinar los servicios solicitados por el huésped, dando respuesta a sus necesidades e incidencias dureante la estancia.
• Auditoría nocturna.

• Estudios de Turismo o similar.
• Nivel alto de Inglés.
• Experiencia previa como recepcionista de hotel.

• Valorables conocimientos de SAP.
