We are looking for a Receptionist for our Eurostars Gran Hotel La Toja 5* hotel located on La Toja Island (O Grove).

• Managing room reservations.
  

• Optimizing resources with the aim of providing the best quality customer service.
  

• Guest check-in and check-out.
  

• Handling phone calls and managing requests or incidents.
  

• Providing excellent customer service.

• Studies in tourism.

• Experience in hotels of a similar category.

• High level of English and a second language is a plus.

Buscamos un/a Recepcionista para nuestro hotel Eurostars Gran Hotel La Toja 5* ubicado en Isla Da Toxa (O Grove).

• Gestión de las reservas de habitaciones.
  

• Optimización de los recursos con el objetivo de ofrecer la mejor calidad en la atención al cliente.
  

• Check in y checkout de huéspedes.
  

• Atención telefónica y gestión de peticiones o incidencias.
  

• Ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente.

• Estudios en turismo.

• Experiencia en hoteles de similar categoría.

• Nivel de inglés alto y valorable segundo idioma.
