What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive housekeeper or assistant executive housekeeper in large hotel chains.
Education in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field (a degree is ideal).
Advanced English level (spoken and written) + another language is valued.
Skills in team management, conflict resolution, and fluid communication.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools (Excel, hotel ERP systems).
Orientation toward excellence and continuous improvement.
Availability for regular travel.

The role

We are looking for a Corporate Assistant Executive Housekeeper for our offices in Barcelona.

What you'll do

Supervise and standardize housekeeping processes across the entire chain.
Train and supervise teams to maintain optimal quality and guest service standards.
Analyze operational and financial reports; define KPIs (cleanliness, preparation time, costs).
Collaborate with HR, purchasing, and maintenance departments for a holistic operational approach.
Design and implement continuous training plans for operational staff.
Ensure regulatory compliance (hygiene, safety, internal and external inspections).
