What we're looking for

People with training related to animation, sports, wellness, tourism, recreational activities, or similar fields.
Advanced level of English. Knowledge of other languages will be positively valued.
Previous experience in similar positions or in customer service environments, especially in the hotel sector.

Position mission: As an Animator, your mission will be to create entertaining, inclusive, and memorable experiences for our guests, promoting sports, wellness, and artistic activities aligned with the brand's excellence standards. You will be a key piece in fostering unique moments that contribute to our guests' satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll do

Design, promote, and execute sports, wellness, and artistic activities following established standards.
Support other hotel entertainment programs when necessary, such as children's activities, teens, families, or the Water Park.
Guarantee an excellent experience in every activity, coordinating resources and ensuring compliance with operational protocols.
Supervise and maintain work areas and materials in good condition, ensuring order and the proper use of resources.
Control material stock and make the necessary requests or orders for the optimal development of activities.
Create a close and personalized experience for our guests, anticipating their needs and promoting the hotel's services, events, and experiences.
