At Grupo Planeta, we are looking for a Dental Simulation Laboratory Technician for UNIE universities, who will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the simulation laboratory, supporting teaching, research, and practical activities through the management of the equipment, materials, and technologies necessary for the development of clinical training.

The position holder will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the dental simulation laboratory, managing simulation equipment, materials, and technologies, and providing technical support to faculty, students, and researchers, ensuring compliance with quality and biosafety protocols.

What you'll do

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Manage the inventory and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments.
  • Control the stock of materials and coordinate their replenishment.
  • Prepare simulation stations for teaching practices.
  • Provide technical support during practical sessions and resolve incidents.
  • Configure and maintain haptic simulation and virtual reality systems.
  • Manage digital dental files and digital workflows.
  • Record equipment maintenance and update technical documentation.
  • Develop and maintain laboratory operating procedures.
