About the role

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a   Transport Operations Controller to join our Finance team at our headquarters in Zaragoza. In your day-to-day role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, costs, and other economic information to prepare reports that enable planning and the adoption of the most appropriate decisions.

Reporting to the Controlling Manager:

  • Obtain detailed transport costs to analyze actual revenues and costs against budget, monitor profitability, and identify deviations. 
  • Support the control and monitoring of the degree of compliance with established budget targets and implement corrective measures.
  • Prepare accounting closings, management reports, and deviation analyses; prepare the Forecast.
  • Provide reliable financial and control information in close collaboration with other operational and support functions.
  • Manage the reporting process, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency, and compliance with deadlines.
  • Monitor financial and/or operational profitability improvement plans, analyzing their progress and impact.

  • Degree in Economics or Business Administration.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in the described functions.
  • Advanced English level (fluent spoken proficiency).
  • Advanced proficiency in the Office suite (especially Excel).
