Job Description

The Health and Safety Coordinator will be the person responsible for leading, driving, and ensuring the correct implementation of Occupational Health and Safety policies within Ibérica Renovables. Their main mission will be to ensure the safety of teams, ensure regulatory compliance in Spain and Portugal, and foster a solid, collaborative preventive culture oriented toward continuous improvement.

This role acts as a technical and strategic pillar within the organization, working closely with Senior Management and the various operational areas to integrate safety into all project phases. The selected person must combine technical expertise, leadership skills, communication abilities, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

·         Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System, ensuring alignment with the ISO 45001 standard.

·         Design, develop, and implement Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies, programs, and protocols.

·         Conduct risk assessments and establish the necessary preventive and corrective measures, monitoring their application.

·         Plan and coordinate training and awareness actions for workers on Health and Safety matters.

·         Supervise and ensure compliance with current legislation, applicable regulations, and internal OHS requirements.

·         Investigate occupational accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and propose corrective and preventive actions.

·         Collaborate with different company areas to ensure the integration of Health and Safety in all project phases.
