The duties for the position are:
- Creating a positive shopping experience for customers, fully aligned with the company's values.
- Offering excellent customer service.
- Selling and advising on the products offered.
- Receiving and restocking products.
- Handling payments and operating the cash register/POS.
- Cleaning and organizing the store.
- Stock management: checking expiration dates, placing orders, restocking, etc.
- Welcoming and building customer loyalty by providing quality service.
- Placing products according to the company's visual merchandising standards.

What do we need?
- A certificate of disability equal to or greater than 33%.
- Ability to stand for the entire work shift.
- Ability to lift weights of 5-10 kg.
- Schedule flexibility (rotating morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Sunday)
- Ability to work in a team.

Las funciones a realizar para el puesto son:
- Crear una experiencia de compra al cliente, totalmente alineada con los valores de la empresa.
- Ofrecer un excelente servicio de atención al cliente.
- Venta y asesoramiento de los productos ofertados
- Recepción y reposición de productos.
- Cobro y manejo de caja/TPV
- Limpieza y organización de la tienda.
- Gestión de stock: control de caducidades, pedidos, reposición,...
- Acoger y fidelizar al cliente ofreciendo un servicio de calidad.
- Colocación del producto de acuerdo con la normativa de visual de la empresa.

¿Qué necesitamos?
- Poseer certificado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%.
- Poder permanecer el tiempo de jornada laboral de pie.
- Poder soportar cargas de 5- 10 kg.
- Tener flexibilidad horaria (turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde de Lunes a Domingo)
- Capacidad de trabajar en equipo.
