Are you passionate about fashion and customer service in the luxury sector? From Iman's office in Madrid, we are selecting a Host for an important luxury brand with a store located in the Salamanca neighborhood in Madrid.

The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving, accompanying, and assisting national and international clients, creating a personalized experience consistent with the high standards of a luxury brand.

What would your responsibilities be?

- Welcome and receive clients with a warm, elegant, and professional attitude.

- Manage access and client flow in the sales space.

- Identify the needs of each visitor and provide personalized attention.

- Accompany the client throughout their experience, connecting them with the sales team when appropriate.

- Represent the brand's values, image, and excellence in every interaction.

- Contribute to creating a memorable experience, taking care of every detail of the client's journey.

We are looking for a person:

- At least 1 year of experience in the role.
- High English level is essential.
- Excellent presence and customer orientation.
- Fluent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, elegant, and resourceful attitude.
- Experience in hospitality, premium/luxury retail, events, or customer service.
- Passion for the world of luxury, fashion, and excellence in service.

What is offered?

- Replacement contract due to sick leave.

- Salary: €21,000

- Full-time working hours.

- Schedule: Monday to Saturday. (Sundays and one weekday off)

¿ Te apasiona la moda y la atención al cliente en el sector lujo? Desde la oficina de Iman en Madrid seleccionamos Host para importante firma de lujo con tienda ubicada en el Barrio de Salamanca en Madrid.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de recibir, acompañar y atender a clientes nacionales e internacionales, creando una experiencia personalizada y coherente con los elevados estándares de una firma de lujo.

¿Cuáles serían tus responsabilidades?

- Dar la bienvenida y recibir a los clientes con una actitud cercana, elegante y profesional.

- Gestionar el acceso y el flujo de clientes en el espacio de venta.

- Identificar las necesidades de cada visitante y ofrecer una atención personalizada.

- Acompañar al cliente durante su experiencia, conectándolo con el equipo de ventas cuando corresponda.

- Representar los valores, la imagen y la excelencia de la marca en cada interacción.

- Contribuir a crear una experiencia memorable, cuidando cada detalle del recorrido del cliente.

Buscamos una persona:

- Experiencia de al menos año en el puesto.
- Imprescindible inglés alto.
- Excelente presencia y orientación al cliente.
- Comunicación fluida, empatía y habilidades interpersonales.
- Actitud proactiva, elegante y resolutiva.
- Experiencia en hospitality, retail premium/luxury, eventos o atención al cliente.
- Pasión por el universo del lujo, la moda y la excelencia en el servicio.

¿Qué se ofrece?

- Contrato sustitución por IT.

- Salario: 21.000 €

- Jornada laboral completa.

- Horario: Lunes a sábado. (Libres domingos y un día entre semana)
