As we position ourselves as a leading company in the field of Cybersecurity, we want to strengthen our team with a person experienced in the technical coordination of Cybersecurity teams.

💡What will you do?

Coordination:

Management of support technicians and Expert ICT Security Technician 

Coordination with first-level technicians

Coordination with the service manager.

Coordination with external technicians.

Activity:

Responsible for coordinating the area.
Will manage all tasks and duties associated with their area, in addition to carrying out technical tasks associated with their profile.
Will plan in advance and subsequently report their workload, like any other profile on this team.

Additional training:

At least one of the following certifications:
CISCO certification.
ITIL certification
At least two of the following security certifications:
CISA certification (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
CISSP certification (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) from International Information
Systems Security
CISM certification (Certified Information Security Manager)

Specific experience in the following activities:

Technical support for networks and security.
Management, configuration, and administration of local area networks.
Configuration of network security equipment.
Configuration of communications equipment: routers, switches.
Management and coordination of technical work teams.

🕓 What is our selection process like?

• Review of your profile 🔍: We evaluate your experience and skills to determine if you fit what we are looking for.
• First contact (5-10 min) 📞: If you receive a call from an unknown number, it is our team! It will be a quick conversation to get to know you and answer any questions.
• Technical interview 🤝: You will meet with the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We will also explore your technical knowledge. In addition, we will give you brief tests on psychological competencies and English (if necessary). Offer and welcome 🎉: If everything goes well, you join our team and we begin this new stage together!

Coordinación:

Direccion de tecnicos de soporte y. Técnico Experto de Seguridad TIC 

Coordinación con técnicos de primer nivel

Coordinación con el responsable del servicio.

Coordinación con técnicos externos.

Actividad:

Responsable de la coordinación del área .
Gestionará todas las labores y tareas asociadas a su área además de la realización de labores técnicas asociadas a su perfil.
Planificará previamente, y reportará a posteriori su dedicación, como cualquier otro perfil de este equipo

Formación adicional:

Al menos una de las siguientes certificaciones:
Certificación CISCO.
Certificación ITIL
Al menos dos de las siguientes certificaciones de seguridad:
Certificación CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
Certificación CISSP (Certified Security Systems Security Professional) de International Information
Systems Security
Certificacion CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)

Experiencia específica en las siguientes activiades:

Soporte técnico a redes y seguridad.
Manejo, configuración y administración de redes de área local.
Configuración de equipos de seguridad de red.
Configuración de equipos de comunicaciones: routers, switches.
Gestion y coordinacion de equipos tecnicos de trabajo.
