As part of our position as a leading company in the field of Cybersecurity, we want to strengthen our team with a Senior IAM Specialist | GID, with at least 5 years of experience in designing IAM architectures, defining governance models, roles, segregation of duties, and integration strategy.

🕓 What does our selection process look like?

• Review of your profile 🔍: We evaluate your experience and skills to determine if you fit what we are looking for.
• First contact (5-10 min) 📞: If you receive a call from an unknown number, it's our team! It will be a quick conversation to get to know you and answer any questions.
• Technical interview 🤝: You will meet with the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We will also explore your technical knowledge. Additionally, we will conduct brief psychological and English competency assessments (if necessary). Offer and welcome 🎉: If everything goes well, you join our team and we begin this new stage together!

Estimated Time: 1-2 weeks.

• Identity governance, identity lifecycle
• IAM architecture
• Experience with tools such as OneIdentity Manager, SailPoint IIQ, or similar
• Knowledge of integrating One Identity or similar with third-party systems such as Active Directory, cloud systems, or enterprise applications
• RBAC, ABAC, SoD, workflows, role mining, MFA, passwordless, JML, recertifications, authentication, and federation
