About the role

At Izertis, we are looking to expand our team with the addition of an IT Methodology and Governance Manager.

What you'll do

Responsible for maintaining, updating, and promoting the methodological framework (based on Kanban and PMI).

Functions:

• Methodological Framework: Responsible for maintaining, updating, and promoting the entity's management standards (based on Kanban, PMI, and ITIL).

• Standardization and Quality: Defines and evolves the official procedures, guidelines, and templates to ensure that all technical and management documentation is consistent and high quality.

• Support and Consulting: Provides cross-cutting methodological advice to Project Managers and technical teams, acting as a reference in planning and governance aspects.

• Training and Change Management: Trains staff in the use of corporate methodologies and tools (such as Jira) to facilitate their adoption in daily operations.

• Auditing and Continuous Improvement: Conducts methodological compliance reviews, measures team maturity levels using KPIs, and proposes continuous process improvements.
