The Digital Schools area leads the development and evolution of the proprietary technological solutions that support the daily operations of our centers around the world.

As a Product Owner, you will drive the functional evolution of a set of applications, connecting business needs with development teams to turn them into useful, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

Why you will love being part of Kids&Us?

  • A product with real purpose: you will work on solutions used by hundreds of educational centers and thousands of people every day.

  • Room to build and make your mark: you will have autonomy to drive improvements, prioritize initiatives, and actively participate in the evolution of products that are strategic for the company.

  • A close-knit, multidisciplinary team: you will collaborate with business and technology profiles in an environment where sharing knowledge, learning, and growing are part of everyday life.

  • Hybrid model: we work 2 days from our headquarters and 3 days remotely.

  • Flexibility and work-life balance: flexible hours from Monday to Thursday, and shorter working hours on Fridays and during the summer.

  • Benefits designed for you: a day off for your birthday, discounts for your family, and other perks to support your professional and personal development.

Your role

In your day-to-day:

  • You will analyze business needs and turn them into clear, feasible functional requirements aligned with the product strategy.

  • You will work closely with developers, QA, and Tech Leads to ensure continuous delivery of value.

  • You will track the development of initiatives, facilitating decision-making and managing priorities, risks, and dependencies.

  • You will coordinate the functional evolution of the applications, from identifying a need to deploying it into production.

  • You will ensure the quality, stability, and continuous improvement of the solutions you lead.

  • You will collaborate with other teams to ensure proper integration between applications and a smooth experience for users.

  • You will provide visibility into the status of products and participate in defining their roadmap together with the Digital Schools Manager.

How you will shine in this role

  • A degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in the functional management of digital applications.

  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).

  • Ability to understand business processes and turn them into functional solutions.

  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary development teams.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.

  • Analytical mindset, user focus, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Advanced English level.

It will be a plus if you also...

  • Have worked with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar.

  • Have experience with internal products or business management platforms.

  • Have participated in digital transformation or process improvement projects.

  • Are motivated by working in an international and constantly evolving environment.
