Photo Retoucher

As a Photo Retoucher you will be key to ensuring the visual quality of the brand's content. Your role will combine technical retouching with the efficient management of image workflows and coordination with external suppliers, ensuring that every image meets the highest aesthetic standards.

• You will perform retouching and editing of images (fashion, product, eCommerce), ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment.
• You will manage the organization, classification, and uploading of images to internal platforms.
• You will coordinate with external retouching suppliers, following up to ensure deliveries meet brand standards.
• You will carry out quality control of final images (internal and external).
• You will prepare and export images in various formats depending on the channel (web, social media, print).
• You will keep image libraries organized and up to date.
• You will propose improvements to optimize image processes and workflows.

• At least 2 years of experience in photo retouching, ideally in fashion, eCommerce, or product photography.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• A strong aesthetic sense and visual sensitivity.
• Experience organizing files and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external suppliers.

• Knowledge of Lightroom, Bridge, or other DAM tools will be a plus.

Como Photo Retoucher serás clave para garantizar la calidad visual del contenido de la marca. Tu rol combinará el retoque técnico con la gestión eficiente de flujos de imagen y la coordinación con proveedores externos, asegurando que cada imagen cumpla con los más altos estándares estéticos.

• Realizarás el retoque y edición de imágenes (moda, producto, eCommerce), asegurando consistencia visual y alineación con la marca.
• Gestionarás la organización, clasificación y subida de imágenes a plataformas internas.
• Coordinarás con proveedores externos de retoque, haciendo seguimiento y asegurando que las entregas cumplan con los estándares de la marca.
• Llevarás a cabo el control de calidad de imágenes finales (internas y externas).
• Prepararás y exportarás imágenes en distintos formatos según canal (web, RRSS, print).
• Mantendrás organizadas y actualizadas las librerías de imágenes.
• Propondrás mejoras para optimizar procesos y workflows de imagen.

• Que tengas como mínimo 2 años de experiencia en retoque fotográfico, idealmente en moda, eCommerce o producto.
• Dominio avanzado de Adobe Photoshop.
• Que tengas un alto criterio estético y sensibilidad visual.
• Experiencia organizando archivos y gestionando múltiples tareas de forma eficiente.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y coordinación con equipos internos y proveedores externos.

• Será un plus si tienes conocimientos de Lightroom, Bridge u otras herramientas DAM y has trabajado con proveedores externos de retoque.
