As a Retail Facilities Executive 📢, you will be responsible for managing incidents, coordinating suppliers, and optimizing facilities services, ensuring efficient response times and a proper in-store experience.

Responsibilities and opportunities: 📜

• You will manage store incident management through CMMS, centralizing requests, tracking, cost control, and resolution times.
• You will coordinate repairs and preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with deadlines and service levels.
• You will coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring the proper execution of work.
• You will manage the maintenance budget, optimizing costs and controlling deviations.
• You will participate in tender processes and in the management and monitoring of maintenance contracts.
• You will coordinate regular meetings with suppliers and internal teams to follow up on corrective incidents.
• You will oversee compliance with safety and occupational risk prevention regulations, as well as accompany regulatory inspections.
• You will manage claims, replacement, and inventory of furniture in closed or renovated stores.
• You will verify and validate invoices from external suppliers.

What

will make you succeed in the position? 🧐

• Training in Industrial Technical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a company in the sector or in positions with similar characteristics.
• Being comfortable speaking English.

Como Retail Facilities Executive 📢 serás responsable de la gestión de incidencias, coordinación de proveedores y optimización de servicios de facilities, garantizando tiempos de respuesta eficientes y una correcta experiencia en tienda.

Responsabilidades y oportunidades: 📜

• Gestionarás la gestión de incidencias de las tiendas a través de GMAO, centralizando solicitudes, seguimiento, control de costes y tiempos de resolución.
• Coordinarás las reparaciones y tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y niveles de servicio.
• Coordinarás a equipos internos y proveedores externos, garantizando la correcta ejecución de los trabajos.
• Gestionarás el presupuesto de mantenimiento, optimizando costes y controlando desviaciones.
• Participarás en procesos de licitación (tenders) y en la gestión y seguimiento de contratos de mantenimiento.
• Coordinarás reuniones periódicas con proveedores y equipos internos para el seguimiento de incidencias correctivas.
• Supervisarás el cumplimiento de la normativa de seguridad y PRL, así como el acompañamiento en inspecciones reglamentarias.
• Gestionarás siniestros, reposición e inventario de mobiliario en tiendas cerradas o reformadas.
• Verificarás y validarás las facturas de proveedores externos.
