What would you like to know about us to want to become part of our family?

That you have at least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, mainly in the Fintech/E-Commerce sector on Observability/Monitoring projects (Note: if you don't quite reach 5 years and it's a bit less, we'll still listen to you 👂) What we want is to see your drive to contribute, learn, grow, and to become part of stable, dynamic projects that are a challenge for you:

• End-to-end experience: full project closure (analysis, development, and functional validation)

• Background in Payments, Fintech, and/or E-Commerce

• Observability: real experience in PRO with monitoring tools such as Opsgenie and PowerBI

• Monitoring of systems and services related to payment method and settlement configurations in production and pre-production.

• Configurations, mainly related to payment integrations and environments

• Analysis and resolution of escalated incidents

• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Observabilidad: experiencia real en PRO con herramientas de monitoreo como Opsgenie y PowerBI

• Monitorización de sistemas y servicios relacionados con configuraciones de métodos de pago y abono en producción y preproducción.

• Configuraciones, principalmente relacionadas con integraciones y entornos de pago

• Análisis y resolución de incidencias escaladas

• Nivel de inglés fluido oral y escrito
