First-Class After-Sales Service Technician - Naval Sector

Ensure proper commissioning and after-sales service for equipment and systems installed in shipyards, vessels, and industrial facilities, maintaining professional and effective communication with the client.

• Commissioning of equipment and systems in shipyards, vessels, and industrial facilities.
• Coordination of technical and human resources to provide national and international service support.
• Management, consultation, and resolution of issues during the after-sales phase.
• Verification of assembly and operation, including necessary adjustments and testing.
• Technical interventions in industrial electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic mechanics.
• Client technical support and service, both on-site and remote.
• Preparation of intervention reports and improvement proposals.
• Coordination with internal teams for the efficient resolution of issues.

• Versatile role, combining workshop, office, and on-site client assignments.
• Workshop hours: 06:30–14:30.
• Office hours: flexible depending on operational needs.
• National and international travel as per service schedule.
• Stable position within a leading company in the naval sector.
• Salary between €30,000–€35,000 gross per year, depending on experience and fit for the role.

• Technical education: Higher-Level Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• Experience: minimum 5 years in commissioning, maintenance, or technical service of industrial equipment (naval sector experience is a plus).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation; knowledge of automation/control systems.
• Availability to travel.
• High level of English.
• Organized, resourceful, and autonomous individual in the field, with strong client-facing skills.

• Puesta en marcha de equipos y sistemas en astilleros, buques e instalaciones industriales.
• Coordinación de recursos técnicos y humanos para ofrecer un servicio de asistencia nacional e internacional.
• Gestión, consulta y resolución de incidencias en fase postventa.
• Verificación de montaje y funcionamiento, con ajustes y pruebas necesarias.
• Intervenciones técnicas en electricidad industrial, hidráulica, neumática y mecánica básica.
• Atención y soporte técnico al cliente, tanto presencial como remoto.
• Elaboración de informes de intervención y propuestas de mejora.
• Coordinación con equipos internos para la resolución eficiente de incidencias.

• Rol polivalente, combinando labores en taller, oficina y desplazamientos a cliente.
• Horario de taller: 06:30-14:30.
• Horario de oficina: flexible según operativa.
• Viajes nacionales e internacionales según planificación de servicio.
• Proyecto estable en una empresa referente del sector naval.
• Salario entre 30.000-35.000 € brutos anuales, según experiencia y encaje en el puesto.

• Formación técnica: FP Superior en Electromecánica, Mantenimiento Industrial, Electricidad o Mecatrónica
• Experiencia: mínimo 5 años en puesta en marcha, mantenimiento o servicio técnico de equipos industriales (sector naval, valorable).
• Capacidad para interpretar planos y documentación técnica; conocimientos de automatización/control.
• Disponibilidad para viajar.
• Nivel de inglés alto.
• Persona organizada, resolutiva, autónoma en campo y con buen trato hacia el cliente
