Director/a Agentic AI

At KPMG we are looking for a Head of Practice - Advanced Enterprise Agentic AI, responsible for leading and developing the Advanced Agentic AI practice, driving solutions based on intelligent, autonomous, and governed agent systems, and ensuring technical excellence and real business impact for our clients.

• Define the scope, positioning, and roadmap of the Agentic AI practice.
• Design and lead advanced architectures for scalable and reusable agents.
• Lead end‑to‑end multi‑agent solutions, integrated with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SaaS).
• Ensure agent governance, responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance.
• Lead and develop a senior multidisciplinary team (engineering, data, architecture, consulting).
• Oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring time‑to‑value and industrialization.
• Co‑lead sales, proposals, RFPs, and pitches, presenting solutions at the executive level.
• Manage technology alliances and maintain continuous monitoring of the Agentic AI ecosystem.

• +10 years in software engineering, architecture, Data & AI.
• Continuous experience in Agentic AI since 2023.
• Experience as a Practice Lead / Head of Practice (player‑coach profile).
• Background in enterprise environments and/or technology consulting.

• Engineering degree + postgraduate qualification in AI (Master's or PhD).

On-site

• Agentic AI architectures and autonomous systems.
• Foundation and multimodal models (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Mistral...).
• Advanced RAG, Graph Knowledge, memory, and grounding.
• Agent orchestration (Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Vertex AI, OpenAI Agent Builder).
• API‑first and event‑driven integration with enterprise systems.
• Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and LLMOps / AgentOps / MLOps.

• Diseñar y liderar arquitecturas avanzadas de agentes escalables y reutilizables.
• Liderar soluciones multi‑agente end‑to‑end, integradas con sistemas enterprise (ERP, CRM, SaaS).
• Asegurar gobierno del agente, IA responsable, seguridad, privacidad y compliance.
• Liderar y desarrollar un equipo senior multidisciplinar (ingeniería, data, arquitectura, consultoría).
• Supervisar la entrega de proyectos complejos, garantizando time‑to‑value e industrialización.
• Co‑liderar ventas, propuestas, RFPs y pitches, presentando soluciones a nivel ejecutivo.
• Gestionar alianzas tecnológicas y mantener vigilancia continua del ecosistema de IA Agentica.

• +10 años en ingeniería de software, arquitectura, Data & IA.
• Experiencia continuada en IA Agentica desde 2023.
• Experiencia como Practice Lead / Head of Practice (perfil jugador‑entrenador).
• Background en entornos enterprise y/o consultoría tecnológica.

• Formación en Ingeniería + postgrado en IA (Máster o PhD).
