What you'll do

  • Providing support and assistance to the Real Estate Valuations team.
  • Analysis and research tasks on market information and transactions across all asset types, keeping our databases up to date.
  • Support in developing valuation models for real estate assets, as well as for companies.
  • Preparing pitches and market and valuation reports in various formats, in both English and Spanish.
  • Reviewing third-party valuation reports, including both ECO Appraisals and RICS Valuations.
  • Applying different valuation methodologies such as discounted cash flows, comparison, income capitalization, or residual methods.
  • Managing and liaising with internal audit clients.

What we're looking for

What do you need to know?

  • Graduates in Architecture, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar fields, with a financial interest.
  • A specialized Master's degree in Real Estate is a plus.
  • Previous work experience in real estate is a plus.
  • English level: Upper intermediate.
  • Knowledge of accounting and an interest in urban planning are a plus.
  • A genuine interest in becoming accredited as an MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with a strong level of oral and written communication, motivation for professional growth, and interpersonal communication skills.
