What you'll do

You will join a team led by highly prestigious professionals in the sector, providing support in advising our clients on transfer pricing matters. In particular, you will participate in the development of the following functions:

  • Design and implementation of transfer pricing policies in multinational groups.
  • Preparation of transfer pricing reports. Analysis of related-party transactions, as well as analysis of functions performed by related entities in the course of their operations and analysis of the specific circumstances of the business and/or industry.
  • Restructuring and value chain projects.
  • Assistance in transfer pricing inspections and before the courts.
  • Assistance in advance pricing agreement (APA) projects and mutual agreement procedures (MAP).

What we're looking for

  • We are looking for professionals with a degree in Law and/or Business Administration, or related fields, with a Master's in Taxation. A CFA or CEVE qualification is a plus.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in general taxation, ideally (not essential) in transfer pricing.
  • An advanced level of English is required.
  • Experience in modeling and valuation of transactions/entities is positively valued.
