About the role

At KPMG we are looking to hire a Team Member for the TAX O&C area, where you will take part in projects related to the labor and employment relations field, collaborating with professionals from different specialties and contributing to the development of solutions for our clients.

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Collaborating on the preparation of reports, presentations, and materials for clients and internal teams.
  • Providing support in managing and resolving client inquiries under the supervision of more senior professionals.
  • Keeping the information and documentation required for project tracking up to date.
  • Attending meetings with the team, identifying and gathering relevant information for the development of initiatives.
  • Contributing to the quality of deliverables, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the information presented.
  • Working in a coordinated manner with different teams and areas of the firm.

What do you need to know?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ADE), Law, or Labor Relations.
  • Dual degrees such as ADE + Law or ADE + Labor Relations, or a Master's degree for access to the legal profession, will also be valued.
