You will have the opportunity to join one of the following departments: Invoicing, Suppliers, Costs, Accounting, and Collections. Your duties will include, among others, the following:
- Support and assistance for requests submitted by firm members through the internal ticket channel (ServiceNow)
- Management and handling of documents related to invoicing and its execution.

- Support in the expense claim process.
- Assistance to the team responsible for supplier homologation.

- Possibility of being a current student in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or similar fields.
- Intermediate level of English.

- Possibility of signing a 6-month internship agreement starting in October 2026.
- Knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel skills will be positively valued.
- Analytical and strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and diligence, autonomy, and proactivity. - And above all, enthusiasm, excitement, and passion for creating impact and improving the world with your work.

Tendrás la oportunidad de poder entrar en uno de los siguientes departamentos: Facturación, Proveedores, Costes, Contabilidad y Cobros. Tus funciones serán entre otras, las siguientes:
- Apoyo y soporte a las peticiones formuladas por miembros de la firma a través del canal de tickets interno (Servicenow)
- Gestión y manejo de documentos de facturación y ejecución de la misma.

- Apoyo en el proceso de reclamación de gastos.
- Soporte al equipo encargado de la homologación de provedores.

- Estar cursando últimos años de ADE, Derecho, Economía o similares.
- Nivel de ingles medio.

- Posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas de 6 meses a partir de Octubre de 2026.
- Se valorará positivamente conocimientos en Power BI y dominio en excel.
