The KPMG Tech Program is designed to give you a unique experience, learning in an environment led by innovation and digital transformation.

You will have the opportunity to choose the area that interests you most, making this an unforgettable experience, where you will learn in a technological environment alongside the best professionals, working on international and enriching projects, with the best working atmosphere.

Innovation, technology, digitalization, big data analysis... these are all present in many of the solutions we offer our clients.

The selection process will take place in person in Madrid in July. It will have a very special theme, where technology and teamwork will be the protagonists.

• Red / Purple / Blue Team exercises.
• Vulnerability analysis and Pen-testing.
• Zero Trust and S-SDLC models.
• Design and evaluation of SOC architectures.
• Digital footprint and Security Analytics.

• Incident management (Incident Response).
• Threat intelligence (Threat Intelligence).
• Technological resilience strategies.
• Disaster recovery and cyber risk management.

• Students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or similar fields.
• Valuable skills:
  • Certifications such as CompTIA PenTest+, eLearnSecurity, or Junior Penetration Tester (eJPT)
  • Knowledge of offensive security testing methodologies: OWASP WSTG, PTES....
  • Solid fundamentals in networks (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS) and systems (Linux + basic Windows).
  • Scripting skills: Python or Bash.
  • Knowledge of AI applied to offensive cybersecurity (automation).
  • Participation in practical platforms such as Hack The Box, TryHackMe, PortSwigger Web Security Academy.
• Interest in security tools, risk analysis, and regulatory development.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Proactive, resourceful profile with a passion for technology.

El proceso de selección se realizará en formato presencial en Madrid en julio. Tendrá una temática muy especial, donde la tecnologia y el trabajo en equipo serán los protagonistas.

• Ejercicios Red / Purple / Blue Team.
• Análisis de vulnerabilidades y Pen-testing.
• Modelos Zero Trust y S-SDLC.
• Diseño y evaluación de arquitecturas SOC.
• Huella digital y Security Analytics.

• Gestión de incidentes (Incident Response).
• Inteligencia de amenazas (Threat Intelligence).
• Estrategias de resiliencia tecnológica.
• Recuperación ante desastres y gestión de ciber riesgo.

• Estudiantes de Grado o Máster en Ingeniería Informática, Software, Telecomunicaciones, Ciberseguridad o similares.
• Valorables:
  • Certificaciones como CompTIA PenTest+, el eLearnSecurity o Junior Penetration Tester (eJPT)
  • Conocimiento de metologías de security testing ofensivas: OWASP WSTG, PTES....
  • Fundamentos sólidos de redes (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS) y sistemas (Linux + Windows básico).
  • Conocimientos en scripting: Python o Bash.
  • Conocimiento en IA aplicada a ciberseguridad ofensiva (automatización).
  • Participación en plataformas prácticas como Hack The Box, TryHackMe, PortSwigger Web Security Academy.
• Interés por herramientas de seguridad, análisis de riesgos y desarrollo normativo.
• Nivel medio de inglés.
• Perfil proactivo, resolutivo y con pasión por la tecnología.
