What you'll do

  • Own and further develop SAP authorization and role concepts across relevant SAP applications, especially in ECC & S/4HANA (application and DB), BW & BW/4 HANA, Cloud-related (BTP, BDC, SAC, Concur etc.) landscapes
  • Manage the SAP user lifecycle (create, change, remove) including efficient and controlled access request processes.
  • Ensure compliance, SoD, and audit requirements through robust controls, documentation, and evidence-ready processes.
  • Support internal and external audits and drive appropriate remediation measures through to completion.
  • Analyze and resolve critical authorization and security risks in close collaboration with security, IAM, and business teams.
  • Support a modern SAP operating model with a focus on standardized, scalable, and RISE-oriented service delivery.
  • Actively contribute to agile delivery setups and collaborate closely with the service desk, platform teams, and relevant application owners.

Resumen

We are looking for an SAP Access Management Specialist to design, manage, and optimize authorization and security concepts across a modern SAP landscape (S/4HANA, BW, and cloud solutions). The role covers the full user lifecycle, ensures compliance with audit and SoD requirements, and mitigates security risks in close collaboration with IAM, security, and business teams.

  • +4 years of experience in SAP Security, Authorizations or Access Management.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Ideally +4 years of experience in SAP Security, Authorizations or Access Management
  • Strong experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA authorization concepts
  • Experience with SAP BW / BW4HANA and cloud environments (SAP BTP, SAC, Concur, BDC)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP user lifecycle management (creation, modification, deletion, access requests)
  • Expertise in SAP roles (single and composite roles) and authorization design
  • Fluent English is mandatory; German desirable.

  • SAP Authorizations & Security: User and role administration, single and composite roles, S/4HANA authorization concepts, critical authorizations.
  • Compliance & Audit: SoD controls, audit readiness, audit-proof documentation, and remediation-oriented action tracking.
