Tech Program - Cyber Microsoft - October 2026 Madrid

The process will be held in person in early July 2026 at our Madrid offices. We are looking for students who will be starting their final year of a bachelor's or master's degree in September and who are interested in developing professionally in this field.

Are you finishing your STEM degree? Do you want to experience an internship that truly shapes your career? We are opening our internship program to bring in talent in October 2026 in the Microsoft Cybersecurity area.

You will be part of the Microsoft Security team, participating in real cybersecurity projects, collaborating on the implementation and optimization of Microsoft solutions, supporting risk analysis, threat detection, and process automation, and contributing to the protection of cloud and corporate environments. You will work hand in hand with expert professionals, learn cutting-edge methodologies, and dive into one of the most in-demand fields in the industry.

You will be part of the Microsoft Security team, taking part in real cybersecurity projects, collaborating on the implementation and optimization of Microsoft solutions (Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID...), supporting risk analysis, threat detection, and process automation, and contributing to the protection of cloud and corporate environments. You will work side by side with expert professionals, learn cutting-edge methodologies, and dive into one of the most in-demand areas in the sector.

• Academic background: Studies in Engineering: Computer Science, Software Development, Telecommunications, or similar. A Master's in Cybersecurity and Certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001, ISO 22301) will be valued.
• We value knowledge in:
  • Cybersecurity and Microsoft technologies
  • Additional technical skills - Experience or training in programming, systems administration, or artificial intelligence will be valued.
• High level of English.
• Soft skills: Proactive, autonomous, with initiative and resourcefulness.
• Availability to sign a 6-month internship agreement with the university/study center starting October 2026.

• Formación académica: Estudios en Ingeniería: Informática, Desarrollo de Software, Telecomunicaciones, o similares. Valorable Máster en Ciberseguridad y Certificaciones (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001, ISO 22301)
• Valoramos conocimientos en:
  • Ciberseguridad y tecnologías Microsoft
  • Competencias técnicas adicionales - Se valorará experiencia o formación en programación, administración de sistemas o inteligencia artificial.
• Nivel alto de inglés.
• Soft skills: Proactivo, autónomo, con iniciativa y resolutivo.
• Disponibilidad para poder firmar convenio de 6 meses con la universidad/centro de estudios a partir de octubre 2026
