About the role

Do you want to be the engine that synchronizes demand and global strategy?

In a constantly evolving omnichannel environment, anticipating the future is not an option—it is the key to success. We are looking for a Demand Planning professional capable of turning historical data into strategic insights, leading short-, medium-, and long-term sales forecasts to ensure every product reaches the right place at the perfect time. If you are passionate about data analytics, supply chain optimization, and collaborative work with global impact, this is the place for you.

What you'll do

What you will do...

  • Forecasting and Strategic Planning: You will prepare demand forecasts based on historical series, seasonality, and market trends, planning monthly sales evolution for stores, clusters, and logistics centers.

  • Product Lifecycle Management: You will ensure the omnichannel forecast for new products and coordinate stock landing to perfectly synchronize the end of one collection with the launch of the next.

  • Forecasting and Continuous Improvement: You will evaluate weekly deviations between forecasts and actual sales, select the appropriate algorithms, and monitor the continuous improvement of KPIs (Availability, turnover, toxic stock, OTIF).

  • Connectivity and Support: You will share the forecast with offer and supplier teams to ensure optimal service levels and correct the causes of stockouts.

  • Governance and Projects: You will work interdependently with the Demand and Circuits team to apply the SC strategy, as well as participate in functional analyses, tests, and improvement projects with Adeo.

What we're looking for

This challenge is for you if...

  • You have proven experience in Demand Planning or Forecasting positions, managing product lifecycle planning and historical series analysis.

  • You master data analysis, alert management, and the interpretation of key indicators (KPIs) such as Forecast Accuracy, Availability Rates, and stock turnover.

  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

  • You are available for occasional travel.

  • You have a fluent level of English (minimum B2/C1) that allows you to communicate and participate comfortably in international and cross-functional projects with the group.

What you'll get

What we offer...

  • An Impactful Onboarding: We design a tailored welcome process so you can deeply immerse yourself in the Supply Chain area strategy, meeting key stakeholders from day one.

  • Tailored Development: We boost your talent with continuous training plans, advanced tools, and real professional growth opportunities within an international network.

  • Flexibility and Work-Life Balance: We believe in responsibility and balance. You will enjoy a hybrid work model (with 2 days of remote work per week) and flexible hours that adapt to your life.

  • Wellness Benefits: We take care of you with a comprehensive private health insurance plan and access to internal programs focused on your physical and emotional well-being.

  • Shareholding and Flexible Compensation: We make you a participant in the company's success through our internal shareholding system, in addition to offering flexible compensation plans tailored to your needs (transport card, restaurant, childcare).

About the company & team

If you are ready to turn data into strategy and lead the future of the supply chain, we want to meet you. Apply today and take the next step in your professional career!

If what you value most is...

  • Continuous learning: You will dive into advanced forecasting methodologies, the selection of predictive algorithms, and participation in international continuous improvement projects alongside global networks such as Adeo.

  • Teamwork and interdependence: You will be part of an interconnected ecosystem, working side by side with the Offer, Omnicommerce, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to build a solid logistics culture together.

  • Stability and growth: A solid project where your analysis and strategic vision will directly impact business results and the efficiency of our network of stores and logistics centers.

  • Human culture: We believe in education and transparent communication. Here your voice matters in co-creating specific work plans and identifying improvement opportunities with suppliers and key stakeholders.
