Conditions- Salary: €20,000 gross per year (full-time, 40 hours per week), distributed in 12 payments.
The role
You will work, through Adecco Outsourcing, at the reception of an important healthcare company located in Alcobendas.
What you'll do
Your main mission will be:- Reception and attention to visitors.
- Reception and management of calls.
- Access control.
- Management of email and messaging.
- Management of incoming/outgoing mail.
- Inventory control.
- Replenishment of materials.
- Support in administrative tasks.

How you'll work
Additionally, both people must take two mandatory weeks of vacation during the month of August, coordinating with each other to arrange the vacation periods.

Requirements
Do you have experience as a Receptionist with a high level of English and at least 2-3 years of experience? Do you stand out for your communication skills? Would you like to join a stable position?
- Experience in telephone and visitor customer service
- Intermediate English level, minimum B2-C1 (a test will be given)
- Proficiency in the use of office tools and skill with technological tools
- Communication skills at different professional levels, rigor and discretion, high management and organizational capacity, versatility, flexibility, attention to detail
- Assertiveness in dealing with internal customers, vocation for service and capacity for adaptation

ScheduleWe are looking for two profiles to cover the following schedules from Monday to Friday:
- A profile from 08:00 to 17:00.
- A profile from 09:00 to 18:00.
