We are currently looking for a Sales and Operations Manager to join our team at Makro Oiartzun. Below, we tell you all the details of the role.

Tu misión; impulsarás el crecimiento de las ventas y la rentabilidad del centro, y liderarás al equipo comercial y operativo para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.

Tus principales funciones:

Asegurarás la implementación de las estrategias comerciales para aumentar la cuota de mercado.
Gestionarás las relaciones con los clientes, ofreciendo soluciones personalizadas.
Analizarás los datos de ventas y competitividad para tomar decisiones estratégicas.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

Formación de Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Marketing o similar.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestión de sala comercial y de equipos.
Se valorarán habilidades de liderazgo, negociación, análisis de datos, orientación a resultados y capacidad de gestión.
Se valorará poseer conocimientos del sector Horeca, gestión de ventas e indicadores de gestión.
