At Manpower, we are looking for an experienced Payroll and Administration Technician (M/F/X) to join an important project with one of our clients. The selected candidate will join a team specialized in the comprehensive management of personnel administration and payroll processes, contributing to meeting deadlines and ensuring quality of service.

What you'll do

Duties

  • Management of employee and company registrations, terminations, and modifications with official bodies.
  • Processing of employment contracts.
  • Management of Social Security affiliation and contribution movements.
  • Preparation and review of payrolls.
  • Calculation and regularization of personal income tax (IRPF).
  • Application and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.
  • Calculation of back pay and final settlements.
