From Manpower we are looking to bring on board a Labor Relations Technician for a leading multinational company in its sector, with a significant national presence and a workforce of more than 2,000 people.

What you'll do

You will be part of the Labor Relations department, actively participating in the organization's labor management and acting as a key liaison between the company and the workers' legal representation.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing disciplinary procedures and drafting warning letters.
  • Providing advice and resolving legal-labor queries.
  • Participating in collective bargaining and agreements with works councils.
  • Liaising with union representatives and workers' legal representatives.
  • Managing work-life balance measures and labor disputes.
  • Processing matters before mediation and arbitration bodies (SMAC).
  • Supporting labor inspections and labor court proceedings.
  • Managing employment terminations.
