Tech - Legal Advisory Internship

At Telefónica Tech, we are opening 1 internship position in the Legal Advisory area to join in Madrid in October.

We are looking for people with curiosity, initiative, and a desire to grow. People who want to work as a team, speak clearly, propose ideas, take on challenges, and learn alongside professionals who support and drive their development.

What will you learn? During your scholarship you will be able to:

We need you to have studied Law or be finishing your Law degree, and to be interested in New Technologies. We expect you to enjoy commercial contracting at both the national and international level because, among other things, you will likely help us with contracts with suppliers, clients, etc.

Since most contracts with technology suppliers are in English, you must have a high level of English (especially written).

• Be enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's degree in Law or a master's degree during 2026/27.
• Minimum English level B2 and proficiency in tools related to your area of interest.

We will especially value it if you are used to using Artificial Intelligence for your university work or other personal projects. At the company, you will only be able to use authorized AI tools in secure environments, but we believe this is a fundamental new way of working.

• Interest in technology, innovation, and digital transformation. We will especially value if you are used to using Artificial Intelligence for your university work or other personal projects.

• A paid, mentored scholarship for 6 + 6 months, compatible with your studies (25 hours per week, morning schedule). Start in October at Telefónica District (Madrid).

We want you to join the team and be part of the Tech Legal Advisory, where we provide practical and solid legal solutions to the needs and challenges that arise in the day-to-day of our company across its different teams, in the fields of the Internet of Things, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, and cloud services (cloud).

En Telefónica Tech abrimos 1 beca en el área de Asesoría Jurídica para incorporar en Madrid en octubre.

Necesitamos que hayas estudiado Derecho o estés terminando el Grado de Derecho y estés interesado en las Nuevas Tecnologías. Esperamos que te guste la contratación mercantil nacional e internacional porque, entre otros, probablemente nos ayudarás con contratos con proveedores, clientes, etc.

Como la mayoría de los contratos con proveedores tecnológicos son en inglés, debes tener un nivel de inglés alto (especialmente escrito).

• Estar cursando en 2026/27 el último curso de Grado Universitario en Derecho o master.
• Nivel de inglés mínimo B2 y manejo de herramientas relacionadas con tu área de interés.

Valoraremos especialmente si estás acostumbrado a usar Inteligencia Artificial para tus trabajos en la Universidad u otros proyectos personales. En la empresa únicamente podrás utilizar las herramientas de IA autorizadas en entornos seguros, pero consideramos que es una nueva manera fundamental de trabajar.

• Interés por la tecnología, la innovación y la transformación digital. Valoraremos especialmente si estás acostumbrado a usar Inteligencia Artificial para tus trabajos en la Universidad u otros proyectos personales.

• Una beca tutorizada y remunerada durante 6 + 6 meses compatible con tus estudios (25 horas semanales en horario de mañana). Incorporación en octubre en Distrito Telefónica (Madrid).

Queremos que te unas al equipo y formes parte de la Asesoría Jurídica Tech en la que aportamos soluciones legales prácticas y sólidas a las necesidades y problemas que plantea el día a día de nuestra compañía a los diferentes equipos que la componen en el ámbito del Internet de las Cosas, el Big Data y la Inteligencia Artificial, la ciberseguridad y los servicios en la nube (cloud).
