In Spain, Dentons operates from its Madrid office, which serves as a hub for both traditional legal services and its growing legal engineering and security teams. The presence of roles such as Information Security Engineer and Legal Engineer highlights the firm’s commitment to integrating technology into legal practice, offering international professionals a dynamic environment to work at the intersection of law and tech. With a strong focus on innovation, diversity, and international mobility, Dentons provides a collaborative culture that supports cross-border careers and welcomes expatriates with legal and technological backgrounds.

Company History

Dentons was formed in 2013 through the merger of three major law firms: SNR Denton (which itself was a 2010 merger between UK's Denton Wilde Sapte and US Sonnenschein Nath), French Salans, and Canadian Fraser Milner Casgrain. The merger created a global legal giant operating under a single Swiss verein business structure. Since then, Dentons has expanded aggressively through mergers and affiliations in new markets, establishing itself as the most geographically dispersed law firm in the world.
