From the Management Control and Budget department in the Infrastructure Area, we are looking for an Advanced VIP Support Technician. The selected person will be responsible for providing specialized support to VIP users, ensuring the operational continuity of their equipment and critical applications, following the principles of excellence, confidentiality, and personalized attention.

Location: Majadahonda Offices, Community of Madrid.

What you'll do

Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to VIP users (executives and critical personnel).

Diagnose and resolve incidents involving hardware, software, and peripherals.

Manage and configure mobile devices, laptops, and desktop equipment.

Install, update, and maintain operating systems and corporate applications.

Coordinate with other IT teams to resolve complex incidents.

Ensure the security and protection of information on devices.

Document incidents and solutions in management tools.

Provide technological advice and basic training to VIP users.

What profile are we looking for?

More than 3 years of experience in technical support serving VIP environments.

Technical training related to IT, Telecommunications, or similar fields.

Experience in resolving incidents related to:

  • Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, etc.).
  • Mobile device management (MDM).
  • Basic networks and connectivity.

A good level of English will be valued for working in an international environment.

Availability to be on call and to travel to the different Madrid offices when necessary.

Skills

Customer orientation to provide proactive and personalized service to users.

Good communication skills to explain technical solutions to different profiles, both technical and non-technical, in a clear and simple manner.
