You will be responsible for the administration, evolution, and advanced support of communications and perimeter security infrastructures, participating in the resolution of complex incidents, execution of changes, platform optimization, and technological evolution projects.

Responsibilities and Main Tasks

- Administration and support of communications and perimeter security platforms.

- Resolution of complex level 2 and level 3 incidents.

- Root cause analysis and resolution of network and security issues.

- Execution of planned changes and interventions on the different service technologies.

- Participation in migration, implementation, and platform upgrade projects.

- Optimization of infrastructure performance, availability, and security.

- Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and operational procedures.

- Collaboration with manufacturers and multidisciplinary teams to resolve incidents and evolve solutions.

- Participation in defining best practices and continuous improvement proposals.
