Budget Administrator

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the design and artisanal manufacture of high-end furniture for clients worldwide, located in La Garrotxa, which is currently seeking a Budget Administrator to join their team.

·Receiving and interpreting the project's interior design plans and technical specifications

·Calculating the quantities of materials required for manufacturing based on each design

·Preparing budgets, managing costs, and forwarding them to the corresponding department

·Coordinating information between different departments to ensure the smooth progress of each project

·Monitoring budgets, identifying potential deviations, and making adjustments as needed

·You have previous experience in preparing budgets and/or accounting management

·You have strong analytical skills and great attention to detail

·You communicate easily between departments and can manage information in an organized manner

·You are available to work in La Garrotxa

·You have strong skills with office tools and/or management software (knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus)

·Permanent contract and direct hire

Des de Paul Marlex estem col·laborant amb una empresa de referència en el disseny i fabricació artesanal de mobiliari d'alta gamma per a clients d'arreu del món, ubicada a la Garrotxa, que actualment cerca un/a administratiu/va de pressupostos per incorporar al seu equip.

·Rebràs i interpretaràs els plànols i especificacions tècniques del projecte d'interiorisme

·Calcularàs les quantitats de materials necessaris per a la fabricació en funció de cada disseny

·Elaboraràs els pressupostos, acotant els costos i derivant-los al departament corresponent

·Coordinaràs la informació entre els diferents departaments per garantir la fluïdesa de cada projecte

·Faràs el seguiment dels pressupostos, detectant possibles desviacions i fent ajustos quan calgui

·Tens experiència prèvia en elaboració de pressupostos i/o gestió comptable

·Tens capacitat analítica i un gran nivell de detall

·Et comuniques amb facilitat entre departaments i saps gestionar la informació de manera ordenada

·Tens disponibilitat per treballar a La Garrotxa

·Tens bones habilitats amb eines ofimàtiques i/o programari de gestió (valorable coneixement en AutoCAD)

·Contracte indefinit i incorporació directa per empresa

·Formar part d'un projecte artesanal i de qualitat, amb clients d'alt perfil a nivell nacional i internacional
