What we're looking for

Experience as a Functional Analyst in financial systems or transactional BackOffice.

Experience in designing financial modules.

Knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., GAAP, SOC 1 Type II).

Experience in GL and Subledger.

Experience in reconciliation, billing, settlement, and revenue recognition.

Integration with ERPs (SAP, Dynamics, Odoo, etc.).

REST API design and SQL data modeling.

Knowledge of UML.

Experience with high transaction volumes.

Bilingual English (C1-C2).

Nice to have

Experience in tolling, transportation, or electronic payments.

Knowledge of PSPs and payment ecosystems.

Experience in postpaid, top-ups, and non-payments.

Experience in Cloud and microservices.

Agile methodologies.

Leadership skills.

Tools: Jira, Confluence, Doors, Rhapsody

The role

We are looking for a Functional Analyst expert in BackOffice financial systems to lead the design, construction, and validation of financial modules on complex transactional platforms. The role will focus on advanced capabilities typical of ticketing and payment systems in international environments. You will participate in the functional design of areas such as accounting, reconciliation, revenue recognition, settlement, and financial reporting, aligned with industry standards.

What you'll do

Functional definition and design of financial modules in BackOffice.

Participation in the construction and validation of solutions: GL, Subledger, revenue recognition, reconciliation, AR, settlement, and reporting.

Ensure end-to-end traceability of transactions.

Functional validation against complex requirements.

Liaising with financial, technical teams and stakeholders.

Participation in audit, compliance and financial control.
