The role

At Marlex Healthcare, we work with a prestigious private hospital in the Balearic Islands that wishes to expand its care team with the addition of nurses for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

How you'll work

Rotating shift system.

What profile are we looking for?

Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in the ICU.
Experience in comprehensive care and treatment of critically ill patients, medication and treatment administration, monitoring through surveillance, and performance of nursing procedures.
Knowledge of assessment and monitoring of the patient's clinical progress, ability to act in emergencies, and care for hemodynamically unstable patients.
Experience in follow-up, monitoring, and application of specialized care for critically ill patients, as well as the ability to intervene in situations of clinical deterioration.
Previous professional experience in ICU, Recovery, Emergency, or high-complexity care units will be especially valued.
Professionals with a patient-centered approach, quick response capability, ease of teamwork, organization, and commitment to care excellence.
