Warehouse Technician with Growth Potential

At Marlex, we are collaborating with an important company in the industrial sector that needs to hire a Warehouse Technician with growth potential to Supervisor. We are looking for a person with experience in logistics who wants to develop their professional career within a stable project. The selected candidate will initially join to gain in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and, progressively, will take on coordination of operations and responsibility for the department.

• Learning and participating in daily warehouse operations to gain an overall view of the processes.
• Progressively coordinating daily warehouse activity, ensuring the proper functioning of operations.
• Supervising and coordinating the order preparation team's activity.
• Managing transportation and maintaining coordination with the different logistics agencies.
• Resolving incidents arising from shipments, receipts, and goods distribution.
• Managing logistics documentation (delivery notes, receipts, shipments, and other associated documentation).
• Ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines and driving continuous improvement of logistics processes.

• Salary of €30,000 gross per year.

• Rotating shift:
  • One week from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m..
  • One week from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m..

Depending on the center's management, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

• You have previous experience in logistics or warehouse environments.
• You are interested in taking on responsibilities and progressing toward a coordination role.
• You are an organized, resourceful person with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• You have a good command of computer tools and the ability to adapt to new management systems.
• You have communication skills, a service orientation, and the ability to work as part of a team.
• We positively value experience coordinating teams or logistics operations, although it is not essential.

Des de Marlex estem col·laborant amb una important empresa del sector industrial que necessita incorporar un/a Tècnic/a de Magatzem amb projecció a Responsable. Busquem una persona amb experiència en logística que vulgui desenvolupar la seva carrera professional dins d'un projecte estable. La persona seleccionada s'incorporarà inicialment per conèixer en profunditat el funcionament del magatzem i, de manera progressiva, assumirà la coordinació de l'operativa i la responsabilitat del departament.

• Conèixer i participar en l'operativa diària del magatzem per adquirir una visió global dels processos.
• Coordinar progressivament l'activitat diària del magatzem, assegurant el correcte funcionament de l'operativa.
• Supervisar i coordinar l'activitat de l'equip de preparació de comandes.
• Gestionar els transports i mantenir la coordinació amb les diferents agències logístiques.
• Resoldre les incidències derivades de les expedicions, recepcions i la distribució de mercaderies.
• Gestionar la documentació logística (albarans, recepcions, expedicions i altra documentació associada).
• Vetllar pel compliment dels terminis d'entrega i impulsar la millora contínua dels processos logístics.

• Incorporació estable en una empresa consolidada i referent dins del seu sector.
• Pla de formació i desenvolupament per evolucionar cap a la responsabilitat del magatzem.
• Projecte amb recorregut professional i possibilitats reals de creixement intern.
• Retribució de 30.000 € SBA.

• Horari rotatiu:
  • Una setmana de 6:00 h a 14:00 h.
  • Una setmana de 6:00 h a 11:00 h i de 14:00 h a 17:00 h.

En dependència de la Direcció del centre, la persona seleccionada s'encarregarà de:

• Aportes experiència prèvia en entorns logístics o de magatzem.
• Tens interès per assumir responsabilitats i evolucionar cap a una posició de coordinació.
• Ets una persona organitzada, resolutiva i amb capacitat per prioritzar tasques.
• Disposes d'un bon domini de les eines informàtiques i facilitat per adaptar-te a nous sistemes de gestió.
• Tens habilitats de comunicació, orientació al servei i capacitat per treballar en equip.
• Valorem positivament experiència coordinant equips o operatives logístiques, tot i que no és imprescindible
