Electrical Engineer

At Marlex, we are collaborating with an important company in the food sector that is currently looking to add an Electrical Engineer to their team to lead the maintenance department and ensure maximum technical availability of the production plant.

· Manage the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department to ensure the proper functioning of the factory.

· Lead, coordinate, and develop the preventive and corrective maintenance team.

· Plan and supervise maintenance activities to ensure the availability of production facilities and equipment.

· Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements and regulations.

· Promote training, development, and motivation within the technical team.

· Participate in the functional and budgetary planning of the department.

· Be part of the Operations leadership team, contributing to the definition and monitoring of the plant's strategy.

· Coordinate with Production and other departments to optimize processes and performance indicators.

· Ensure that the department's objectives are aligned with the organization's overall goals.

· Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

· Fridays: continuous shift until 3:00 p.m.

· Flexible hours system with time compensation.

· Degree in Electrical Engineering.

· Previous experience in industrial maintenance management and technical team coordination.

· Experience in the food industry or similar production environments is a plus.

· Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance and continuous improvement.

· Leadership, organizational, and planning skills.

· Proficiency in office software tools.

· Results-oriented, proactive profile with strong communication skills.

· Gestionar el dia a dia del departament de manteniment per assegurar el correcte funcionament de la fàbrica.

· Liderar, coordinar i desenvolupar l'equip de manteniment preventiu i correctiu.

· Planificar i supervisar les activitats de manteniment per garantir la disponibilitat de les instal·lacions i equips productius.

· Garantir el compliment dels requisits i normatives de Seguretat, Salut i Medi Ambient.

· Impulsar la formació, el desenvolupament i la motivació de l'equip tècnic.

· Participar en la planificació funcional i pressupostària del departament.

· Formar part de l'equip de lideratge d'Operacions, participant en la definició i seguiment de l'estratègia de la planta.

· Coordinar-se amb Producció i la resta de departaments per optimitzar els processos i indicadors de rendiment.

· Vetllar perquè els objectius del departament estiguin alineats amb els objectius globals de l'organització.
