Extrusion Machine Operator

What will you do?

• Check the status of production at the start of the shift.
• Contact the machine operator from the previous shift to find out the current status of the work on the machine.
• Review the Production Sheet and verify that the data has been correctly entered into the computer system.
• Ensure the correct quality of the finished product according to the parameters established in the manufacturing sheet and the control guideline.
• Perform the checks specified in the control guideline.
• Once the order is completed, record it in the Production Record and in the computer system.
• Daily, record the Production Report in the computer system.
• Attend and participate in Production improvement meetings.
• Resolve incidents during the production process.
• Carry out the work in accordance with the procedures established by the company.
• Keep the work area in a proper state of order and cleanliness.
• Take responsibility for the order and cleanliness of the workstation.
• Take action to resolve any incidents affecting production and, if necessary, inform the supervisor or Maintenance.
• Comply with regulations on Hygiene, Environment (waste management, consumption of raw materials and energy...) and Occupational Risk Prevention (good manufacturing practices, use of PPE...).
• Comply with internal regulations.

• Vocational training or related studies.
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). 6 days of work and 4 days of rest.

¿Qué harás?

• Revisar el estado de la producción al inicio de turno.
• Contactar con el maquinista del turno anterior para saber la situación en que se encuentra el trabajo en la máquina.
• Revisar la Hoja de Producción y verificar que los datos estén correctamente introducidos en el sistema informático.
• Velar por la correcta calidad del producto acabado en función de los parámetros establecidos en la hoja de fabricación y la pauta de control.
• Realizar los controles especificados en la pauta de control.
• Una vez finalizado el pedido, registrarlo en la Ficha de Producción y en el sistema informático.
• Diariamente, registrar en el sistema informático, el Parte de Producción.
• Asistencia y participación en reuniones de mejora de Producción.
• Resolución de incidencias durante el proceso de producción.
• Desarrollar el trabajo de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos por la empresa.
• Mantener en correcto estado de orden y limpieza de la zona de trabajo.
• Responsabilizarse del orden y limpieza del puesto de trabajo.
• Actuar para solucionar posibles incidencias que afecten a la producción y en caso necesario informar al responsable o a Mantenimiento.
• Cumplir las normativas de Calidad, Higiene, Medio Ambiente (gestión de residuos, consumos de materias primeras i energías...) y Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (buenas prácticas de fabricación, uso de EPI's...).
• Cumplir la normativa interna.

• Formación profesional o estudios afines.
• Experiencia de entre 1 y 3 años en un rol similar.
• Disponibilidad para realizar turno americano de mañana, tarde y noche. 6 días de trabajo y 4 de descanso.
