At Paul Marlex we collaborate with a leading industrial company seeking to hire an Electrical Department Manager to lead the electrical area of one of its production plants.

We are looking for someone with decision-making skills, able to prioritize incidents, coordinate a technical team, and drive continuous improvement and optimization of production processes.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and develop a team of electrical technicians.

• Organize daily activities, setting action priorities.

• Participate in the daily production meeting alongside other departments.

• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and automation faults.

• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance work.

• Coordinate subcontractors during interventions or projects.

• Manage external suppliers related to maintenance.

• Monitor work orders and department planning.

• Analyze production and maintenance KPIs (OEE, downtime, line availability, etc.).
