At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the industrial sector, specialized in the manufacture of ceramic materials, in the search for an Industrial Maintenance Manager for its plant located in the Ponent area.

· Be the person responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of facilities, machinery, and production equipment.

· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on the plant's machinery and facilities.

· Diagnose and resolve faults of a mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical nature.

· Carry out welding work and repair components and structures when necessary.

· Detect possible issues and propose improvements to optimize equipment performance and reduce production downtime.

· Monitor the plant's maintenance needs, prioritizing actions based on their criticality.

· Collaborate with the production team to ensure continuity and the proper functioning of the production process.

· Ensure the proper condition and operation of facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

· Working hours from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

· Technical training related to Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electricity, or similar.

· Previous experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in production environments.

· Knowledge and experience in welding.

· Ability to diagnose and resolve faults independently.

· Responsible, proactive person with the ability to work independently.

· Ability to organize and plan maintenance.

· Residence: Balaguer area or surroundings.

Des de Paul Marlex estem col·laborant amb una empresa referent en el sector industrial, especialitzada en la fabricació de materials ceràmics, en la cerca d'un/a Responsable de Manteniment Industrial per a la seva planta ubicada a la zona de Ponent.

· Ser la persona responsable de garantir el correcte funcionament i manteniment de les instal·lacions, maquinària i equips de producció.

· Realitzar tasques de manteniment preventiu i correctiu de la maquinària i instal·lacions de la planta.

· Diagnosticar i resoldre avaries de caràcter mecànic, hidràulic, pneumàtic i elèctric.

· Realitzar treballs de soldadura i reparació de components i estructures quan sigui necessari.

· Detectar possibles incidències i proposar millores per optimitzar el funcionament dels equips i reduir les aturades de producció.

· Realitzar el seguiment de les necessitats de manteniment de la planta, prioritzant les actuacions segons la seva criticitat.

· Col·laborar amb l'equip de producció per garantir la continuïtat i el correcte funcionament del procés productiu.

· Vetllar pel correcte estat i funcionament de les instal·lacions i equips, assegurant el compliment dels estàndards de seguretat i manteniment.

· Formar part d'una empresa consolidada i referent en el sector de la fabricació de materials ceràmics per a la construcció.

· Posició de treball estable i amb projecció de futur.

· Formar part d'un entorn industrial i productiu, amb un alt component tècnic.

· Jornada laboral de dilluns a divendres, de 8:00 a 13:00 h i de 15:00 a 18:00 h.

· Formació tècnica relacionada amb Manteniment Industrial, Electromecànica, Mecànica, Electricitat o similar.

· Experiència prèvia en manteniment industrial, preferiblement en entorns productius.

· Coneixements i experiència en soldadura.

· Capacitat per realitzar el diagnòstic i la resolució d'avaries de manera autònoma.

· Persona responsable, resolutiva i amb capacitat per treballar de manera autònoma.

· Capacitat d'organització i planificació del manteniment.

· Residència: Zona de Balaguer o voltants.
