What you'll do

Reporting to the site management and working in coordination with the External Prevention Service, you will be responsible for leading the management of Occupational Risk Prevention at the site, ensuring legal compliance, promoting a strong preventive culture, and driving continuous improvement in Health and Safety.

  • Lead the day-to-day preventive activity at the plant.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the External Prevention Service.
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations and corporate Health and Safety standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and propose preventive and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of preventive measures.
  • Manage the coordination of business activities (CBA).
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying causes and establishing action plans.
  • Prepare reports, indicators, and technical documentation on occupational risk prevention.
  • Provide training and awareness-raising activities to staff.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects related to industrial safety.
  • Ensure compliance with the principles of order, cleanliness, and safety throughout the plant.

  • Previous experience performing similar roles in industrial environments.
  • Knowledge and experience in:

    • Investigation of accidents and incidents.
    • Coordination of business activities.
    • Implementation of preventive measures.
    • In-house occupational risk prevention training.
    • Current Health and Safety legislation.
  • Experience working with ISO 45001 management systems and coordinating with External Prevention Services is highly valued.
