Purchasing Technician

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a historic company in Gironès that currently needs to incorporate a PURCHASING TECHNICIAN into its organization on a permanent basis.

·You will conduct research, negotiation, and analysis of prices, conditions, and supplier capabilities.

·You will plan and manage the group's local orders.

·You will control stock, subcontracting, and handling of exhibitors.

·You will supervise purchasing documentation and resolve incidents.

·You will ensure compliance with KPIs, market updates, and department tasks.

·Working hours from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (30 minutes for lunch) and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (continuous shift).

The selected person will carry out the following tasks autonomously, reporting to the department head:

·You have training in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or similar fields.

·You have proficiency in Catalan or Spanish and a good level of English.

·You have experience in the position of the vacancy.

·You are proficient with office tools; experience with ERP (SAP and IBP) is highly valued.

·You are proactive, communicative, organized, and possess negotiation and teamwork skills.

·Faràs recerca, negociació i anàlisi de preus, condicions i capacitat dels proveïdors.

·Planificaràs i gestionaràs les comandes locals del grup.

·Controlaràs l'estoc intern, subcontractació i manipulació d'expositors.

·Supervisaràs la documentació de compra i resolució d'incidències.

·Duràs a terme el compliment de KPIs, actualització del mercat i tasques del departament.

·Contracte indefinit.

·Horari de dilluns a dijous de 8h a 16:30h (30min per dinar) i divendres de 8h a 15h intensiu.

La persona seleccionada haurà de dur a terme de manera autònoma i reportant al capde departament les següents tasques:

·Tens formació en Administració i Direcció d'Empreses, Economia, Comptabilitat i Finances o similar.

·Disposes de domini del català o el castellà i bon nivell d'anglès.

·Tens experiència en la posició de la vacant.

·Et desenvolupes bé amb les eines ofimàtiques, molt valorable (ERP SAP i IBP)

·Ets proactiu, comunicatiu, organitzat i disposes d'habilitats de negociació i de treball en equip.
