About the role

We are looking to hire a Payroll profile for a professional firm in Barcelona.

What you'll do

Functions:

  • Preparation of monthly payroll and extra payments
  • Management and calculation of Social Security contributions (RED System, SILTRA)
  • Employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with the TGSS
  • Drafting and monitoring of contracts, extensions, final settlements, and severance payments
  • Management of temporary disability, maternity/paternity leave, accidents, and paid leave
  • Coordination with the legal department for drafting dismissal letters
  • Handling labor inspections and requirements
  • Comprehensive labor advisory services for SMEs and self-employed individuals
  • Preparation and submission of forms 111, 190, and coordination of form 145
  • Participation in the development and monitoring of Equality Plans

What we're looking for

You are the ideal profile if...

  • Degree in Labor Relations or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in advisory or professional services
  • Bilingual in Catalan and Spanish
  • Intermediate English level valued
  • Proficiency in A3 NOM and experience with A3 INNUVA environments
  • You are a person with organizational skills and autonomy
