Machine Operator

We collaborate with an important company in the industrial sector located in Fraga.

• We are looking for a production operator.
• Your mission will be to ensure optimal production conditions during your shift.
• You must know how the machines work.
• You will manage any unforeseen issues in coordination with the shift supervisor.

• Organize and plan the line work according to the shift's planning sheet.
• Ensure the supply of materials on the production line.
• Optimize work times and product quality.
• Collaborate with the quality supervisor and the shift supervisor to identify and correct non-conforming products.
• Support other lines and/or sections when necessary.

• Initial contract of 3 months with Marlex + subsequent permanent employment.
• Dynamic work environment.
• Salary according to the metal industry collective agreement.
• Transport service for each shift.
• Schedule in rotating shifts from Monday to Friday (morning, afternoon, and night).

• Minimum experience of more than 1 year operating continuous process lines.
• Minimum education of Intermediate Vocational Training (FP de Grado Medio) related to mechanics or electronics.

Colaboramos con una importante empresa del sector industrial ubicada en Fraga.

• Buscamos un/a operario/a de producción.
• Su misión será garantizar las condiciones óptimas de producción durante su turno.
• Deberá conocer el funcionamiento de las máquinas.
• Gestionará posibles imprevistos en coordinación con el jefe de turno.

• Organizar y planificar el trabajo de la línea según la hoja de planificación del turno.
• Garantizar el abastecimiento de materiales en la línea de producción.
• Optimizar los tiempos de trabajo y la calidad del producto.
• Colaborar con el supervisor de calidad y el jefe de turno para identificar y corregir productos no conformes.
• Apoyar a otras líneas y/o secciones cuando sea necesario.

• Contrato inicial de 3 meses con Marlex + incorporación posterior a plantilla.
• Ambiente de trabajo dinámico.
• Salario según convenio del metal.
• Servicio de transporte para cada turno.
• Horario en turnos rotativos de lunes a viernes (mañana, tarde y noche).

• Experiencia mínima de más de 1 año en conducción de líneas de proceso continuo.
• Formación mínima de FP de Grado Medio relacionada con mecánica o electrónica.
